By installing or using FlashReply ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Extension.

FlashReply is a Chrome extension that provides: • AI-powered translation for chat messages • Context-aware reply composition • Reverse translation for verification

【Free Plan】 50,000 tokens per month (~150 translations of 100-character messages) 【Premium Plan】 1,000,000 tokens per month (~3,000 translations of 100-character messages) Regional pricing: • Japan: ¥480/month • USA/Other: $3.99/month • Europe: €3.99/month • UK: £3.49/month • Korea: ₩5,000/month • Taiwan: NT$120/month • Brazil: R$19/month • India: ₹299/month

【Billing】 Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. 【Cancellation】 You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. 【Price Changes】 We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect current billing periods.

• Token usage is calculated based on the Gemini API's token counting • Unused tokens do not roll over to the next month • Exceeding your plan's limit will require upgrading or waiting until the next month

You agree NOT to: • Use the Extension for any illegal purpose • Attempt to circumvent usage limits • Reverse engineer or modify the Extension • Use automated systems to abuse the service • Transmit malicious content through the translation service

• The Extension and its original content are owned by Tiida Tech • Translations generated are for your personal use • You retain ownership of the content you input

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE: • 100% translation accuracy • Uninterrupted service availability • That the service will meet all your requirements

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIIDA TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of data or business interruption • Damages exceeding the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months

The Extension uses: • Google Gemini API (subject to Google's Terms of Service) • Stripe (subject to Stripe's Terms of Service) You agree to comply with these third-party terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Extension for violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
