FlashReply ("the Extension") is a Chrome extension that helps you compose natural replies in any supported language. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Client Identifier
We generate a random UUID (client ID) stored locally in your browser. This ID is used to track your usage and subscription status. It is not linked to any personal information.
Translation Data
Messages you enter for translation are sent to our server. We use Google's Gemini API for translation processing. We do not store your translation content - it is processed in real-time and immediately discarded.
Subscription Information
If you subscribe to Premium, we collect: • Stripe customer ID (for payment processing) • Subscription status and billing period Payment information (credit card, etc.) is handled directly by Stripe and never touches our servers.
Usage Statistics
We collect monthly token usage count. This is used solely for enforcing plan limits.

Data Storage
• Client ID and preferences: Stored locally in Chrome storage • User and subscription data: Stored in Cloudflare D1 database • Translation content: Not stored - processed in memory only
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: 1. Google Gemini API - For AI-powered translation 2. Stripe - For payment processing 3. Cloudflare Workers - For API hosting
Data Security
• All communications are encrypted via HTTPS • Stripe webhook signatures are verified • Client IDs are cryptographically generated
Your Rights
• You can clear all local data by removing the extension • You can manage or cancel your subscription through Stripe Customer Portal • Contact us to request deletion of your server-side data
Children's Privacy
This Extension is not intended for users under 13 years of age.
