These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the "Magical Holo" application ("App") provided by Tiida Tech ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- These Terms define the rights and obligations between you ("User") and us regarding the use of the App.
- By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
- "User": Any person who uses the App
- "Service": The fortune-telling services and related features provided through the App
- "Content": All text, images, audio, and other information provided within the App
- "Paid Services": Additional features available through subscriptions and one-time purchases
3. Account
- Users may need to create an account to access certain features of the App.
- Users are responsible for properly managing their account information.
- Transfer, lending, or sale of accounts is prohibited.
- We may suspend or delete accounts without prior notice if Users violate these Terms.
4. Service Description
- The App provides fortune-telling services integrating Western astrology, Vedic astrology, Four Pillars of Destiny (Bazi), and Nine Star Ki.
- Fortune results are for entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).
- We may change, add, or discontinue services without prior notice.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not engage in the following activities:
- Violating laws or public order and morals
- Activities related to criminal acts
- Infringing intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation, or other rights of us or third parties
- Placing excessive load on the App's servers or networks
- Interfering with the operation of the App
- Unauthorized access or attempting such access
- Impersonating other Users
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
- Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of App content
- Any other activities we deem inappropriate
6. Paid Services
Subscriptions
- Premium plans (monthly/annual) are auto-renewing subscriptions.
- Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Cancellation can be done through your account settings in the respective store.
One-Time Purchases
- One-time purchases (reports, etc.) are non-refundable after purchase.
- Purchased content is linked to your account and synced across devices.
Refunds
- Refunds are subject to the refund policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- We generally do not provide refunds except when we are unable to deliver the service due to our fault.
7. Intellectual Property
- Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App and its Content belong to us or rightful owners.
- Users may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- These Terms do not grant Users any license to our intellectual property.
8. Disclaimer
- We do not guarantee that the Service will meet Users' specific purposes, have expected functionality, accuracy, or usefulness, or be free from defects.
- Decisions and actions based on fortune results are at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damages arising from fortune results.
- We are not responsible for service interruptions due to natural disasters, communication failures, third-party actions, or other causes beyond our control.
- The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
- If damages occur to Users due to causes attributable to us, our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the User in the month when such damages occurred.
- We are not liable for indirect, special, consequential damages, or lost profits.
10. Service Suspension and Termination
- We may suspend all or part of the Service for system maintenance, updates, force majeure (earthquakes, lightning, fire, etc.), or when we determine suspension is necessary.
- We may terminate the Service with 30 days' prior notice.
11. Changes to Terms
- We may modify these Terms as necessary.
- Modified Terms become effective upon notification within the App or posting on our website.
- Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Personal Information
Handling of Users' personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy.
13. Notices
- Notices from us to Users will be made through in-app display, push notifications, or email to registered addresses.
- Notices are deemed received at the time of transmission.
14. Assignment
Users may not assign or pledge their rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without our prior written consent.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
