Q: What is a guest account?
A guest account allows you to use the App without registration. However, your data will be lost if you delete the app and cannot be transferred to other devices. Link a Google or Apple account to protect your data.
Q: How do I link an account?
1. Open Settings 2. Find the "Account" section 3. Tap "Link Google Account" or "Link Apple ID" 4. Follow the on-screen instructions
Q: How do I transfer data when changing devices?
1. On your old device: Link a Google or Apple account 2. On your new device: Sign in with the same account 3. Your data will sync automatically
Q: How do I delete my account?
1. Open Settings 2. Scroll to the bottom 3. Tap "Delete Account" 4. Select "Delete" on the confirmation screen Note: Account deletion is irreversible. All data will be permanently deleted.
Fortune Telling
Q: How are fortune results generated?
This App integrates four fortune-telling systems: Western astrology, Vedic astrology, Four Pillars of Destiny (Bazi), and Nine Star Ki. AI combines these to deliver personalized fortunes just for you.
Q: What if I don't know my birth time?
If your birth time is unknown, you can select "Unknown/Skip." In this case, noon (12:00) is used as the default. Knowing your birth time enables more accurate readings. You can add it later in Settings.
Q: Why is birthplace needed?
The latitude/longitude and timezone of your birthplace are needed to create an accurate horoscope (birth chart). Search by city name and select from the suggestions.
Q: What time do daily fortunes arrive?
By default, notifications are sent at 7 AM. You can change the notification time in Settings.

Q: What are the Premium benefits?

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
[iOS] Settings app → Your name → Subscriptions → Magical Holo → Cancel Subscription [Android] Google Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Magical Holo → Cancel subscription Note: After cancellation, you can continue using Premium features until the end of the paid period.
Q: How do I restore purchases?
1. Open Settings 2. Tap "Restore Purchases" in the Premium section 3. Previous purchases will be restored automatically
Notifications
Q: What if I'm not receiving notifications?
Please check the following: 1. Notifications are enabled in device settings 2. "Daily Notifications" is turned on in app settings 3. Battery saver mode isn't blocking notifications 4. Do Not Disturb mode isn't enabled
Q: How do I change notification time?
1. Open Settings 2. Tap "Notification Time" in the Notifications section 3. Select your preferred time

Q: What languages are supported?
Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Thai, and Spanish are supported.
Q: Can I use it offline?
Today's fortune can be viewed offline once retrieved. However, fetching new fortunes or viewing past fortunes requires an internet connection.
