Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

imagin (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provides AI image generation functionality through the LINE Messaging API. When users send text prompts, AI generates and returns images.

1. A LINE account is required to use the Service.
2. Minors must obtain parental consent before using the Service.

1. Free plan users can generate up to 5 images per day. (Subject to change during promotional campaigns)
2. Pro plan users can generate up to 1000 images per month.

Users are prohibited from the following activities:

1. Generation of Illegal Content

• Child pornography or content suggesting sexual exploitation of minors
• Non-consensual sexual content of real individuals (deepfake pornography, etc.)
• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or portrait rights

2. Generation of Harmful Content

• Content promoting violence, cruelty, or terrorism
• Hate speech or content promoting discrimination
• Content used for fraud, phishing, or other criminal activities

3. Other Prohibited Activities

• Interfering with the operation of the Service
• Unauthorized access or reverse engineering
• Mass generation for commercial purposes using the Service
• API abuse or excessive access through automated tools

1. The Service implements AI-based safety check features, but they are not perfect.
2. If inappropriate content is generated, the operator reserves the right to delete such content and suspend the user's account.
3. Users are responsible for the use of generated content.

1. Copyright of images generated through the Service is subject to applicable laws.
2. Rights to data used for AI training belong to their respective rights holders.
3. Users may freely use generated images for personal use.

1. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
2. The operator assumes no responsibility for damages arising from use of the Service.
3. The operator may interrupt, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice.

The operator may suspend user accounts in the following cases:

1. Violation of these terms
2. Confirmed fraudulent activity
3. Other activities deemed inappropriate by the operator

The Service collects the following information:

1. Provision and operation of the Service
2. Management of usage limits (daily generation count)
3. User support
4. Service improvement and new feature development
5. Prevention and detection of fraudulent use

The Service uses the following third-party services:

1. User data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud).
2. Submitted prompts are not stored after image generation processing.
3. Generated images are temporarily stored on Replicate servers and deleted after a certain period.

1. Communications are encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher).
2. Database access is protected by authentication.
3. Regular security reviews are conducted.

Users have the following rights:

1. Right of Access: The right to access your own data
2. Right of Deletion: The right to request deletion of your own data
3. Right of Correction: The right to request correction of inaccurate data

The Service operates within the LINE app and does not use cookies.

1. The operator may change these terms as necessary.
2. Users will be notified through the Service of significant changes.
3. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the changes.

1. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes related to the Service.
